High-level, strategic competencies aid and inform senior and executive managers by recognising those characteristics of the business that are less easy to define. The course will explore the answers to these important questions: •Which competencies require most support and development at a team level, and in which areas are your teams strongest? •What learning/development activities are required by your staff over the coming months, and how do these align with the needs of your organisation? •Where might it be possible to aggregate demand and reduce costs? •What, if any, are the compliance issues/risks? This course will address the relationship between high-level competencies and “Measures that Matter” that are frequently used by Investment Managers and Fund Managers (Wall Street Journal) to measure vital elements of an organisation’s performance. These “Measures” are frequently cited as characteristics of successful and admired companies.
